Computer Services for the Home:
At Allsafe computers we want to offer the best prices possible, expensive IT support shouldn’t hinder anyone from being able to use their computer or access the internet. We offer extremely reasonable rates for repair on computers and laptops regardless of make and model. We support Windows, Apple, Linux, FreeBSD, Chromebooks, Android, iOS, and Amazon fire devices. All computer repairs include a free system tune-up.
Workbench Repair:
Standard workbench repair rate is $65/hr includes free estimates and if we can not fix the problem it is no charge for labor.
Standard turn around on all shop work is 1-7 days based on complexity of the repair and time required to acquire any specialty parts. For same day service please see our emergency support page or give us a call.
We are a home based business with no public store front; leasing all that glass and steel is expensive and in order to offer the best possible prices to our clients we are happy to come to you for both pickup and drop off. Pick-up and drop-off is free**, with optional white glove services to set your computer back up in your home for you at no extra cost.
Flat Rate Services:
We offer many flat rate services so we can give our customers with slower computers the best prices possible.
Estimates: FREE!
Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal: $75-$85
Data Recovery: Under 10GB – $65, 10GB or more – $85
Reinstall or Upgrade Windows OS: (XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win8.1, Win10). We are also happy to install basic PDF reader, office suite, and security software on request at no charge. $75
Reinstall or Upgrade Apple OSX: (we support all modern versions 10.4 to 10.15). We will also install iTunes, Photos (perviously iPhoto), and antivirus on request. $75
Setup Bootcamp or Parallels software for Apple computers: $80
**We are based in the Auburn area, if you live in Roseville, Sacramento, Grass Valley, Nevada City or beyond a $10 transportation fee may apply
